Safety and quality are the basis of every action in our company. Each of us is personally responsible for the implementation and enforcement of this policy  published via the Intranet within the Quality System of Calima and at the same time  annexed to the  general procedure PG-008 of  Supervisión and control on behalf of the management.

All the managers are committed to leading the implementation and enforcement of this policy. We apply this policy to our behavior and our daily decisions. We want to be a leader in the fields of safety and quality to achieve the following objectives: 

• Develop our business to meet the needs and expectations of current and potential customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.
• Define the policy and quality objectives of the company so as to promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate policy quality to all employees of the Company so that they become aware that quality is the key factor in ensuring competitiveness and ensure the survival of our Company.
• The quality should not be the result of the Control, but the consequence of good work based on the  planning and the establishment of objectives, which once assumed ensure the achievement of such plans and objectives.
• Focus the management of the Company towards processes management, identifying the interrelations between the various activities so as to enable effective management of the Company.
• Establish appropriate communication channels to enable all  Company staff, inform and be informed in a transparent manner so that we are all involved in the progress of the Company.
• Promote the necessary training so that all the personnel is in  continuous process of knowledge acquisition that enhances their improvement in  work performance and ensures their personal development.
• Diffuse internal client's concept so that ; communication, collaboration, training and dedication from everyone  creates satisfaction of those  that form part the Company and the success of the business.
• Consider the Providers and Suppliers as an integral part of the value chain of the Company, working on shared objectives and their achievement.
• Therefore, we will: Comply with all applicable requirements, legal, regulatory, internal and within the industry by proactively identify, eliminate or minimize sources of potential danger or risk derived from our activities.Improve in a continuous way our operation in order to achieve our objectives.

Request our contractors and business partners to act in accordance with this policy. Request our suppliers and customers to collaborate actively in achieving our goals. Provide training, standards, resources and support necessary to ensure the implementation and compliance of this policy.. These guidelines are an integral part of corporate strategy and are reviewed annually by the Manager in charge of Calima Aviacion.
